This is the heart of our selection; we have so many you might even call it a collection. All thru out Italy every region has it’s own distinct salami. Made mostly of pork but some times also beef. Savory Toscano was the favorite for many years but now we’d have to say wine cured Soppressate is the leader. It is amazing how they differ from the soft mild Genovese to the driest Toscano, some with herbs such as fennel, some finely ground and others chunky in texture. A good antipasto plate has a selection of six or more for variety. We can give you a package of varieties of your favorites. Come see us and ask for a sample.
