Try a Pasta Primavera salad with these.

We like these in a light sauce of either marinara or cream pesto with our grated cheese. You can add chopped vegetables or saute some greens in the sauce. Finish the dish off with chopped nuts, parsley and/or good fresh ground black pepper. We prefer to use them as a starter but often it is the main dish of a simple week day dinner or lunch. It is another ten minute meal when combined with a salad and a piece of bread. Enjoy!
